Formal risk assessments are conducted for each project: our engineering team works closely with our health and safety and operations departments to specify and implement technical procedures for all critical activities.
We are very aware of the risks associated with the work in progress, which is why we implement continuous training to contribute to the development of our employees’ skills in order to develop good work habits and certainly contribute to safe and respectful behaviors.

We use a management system that is based on involvement at all levels. Management and site personnel make every effort to ensure the identification and elimination of hazardous situations that may arise in the workplace. In addition, health and safety risk management proposes periodic interviews with our employees in order to better identify occupational health and safety risks.
